- <p><strong>Our client is seeking a Business Analyst</strong> to support continuous improvement initiatives within Accounts Payable for a leading agriculture organization in Calgary. This long-term contract is ideal for someone with strong process analysis, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze AP processes, identify root causes, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.</li><li>Partner with finance, procurement, operations, and technology teams to streamline workflows and standardize processes.</li><li>Develop reports and present business insights, KPIs, and improvement recommendations to leadership.</li><li>Support automation and digital initiatives from analysis through implementation.</li><li>Assist with change management, process adoption, and post-implementation improvements.</li><li>Develop governance practices, monitor KPIs, and support compliance with policies and regulations.</li><li>Conduct process mapping and risk assessments to strengthen controls and improve operations.</li><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to team members while promoting a continuous improvement mindset.</li></ul><p><br></p>
