This opportunity is well suited to someone who is organized, service-focused, and comfortable handling a range of administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee day-to-day front desk and concierge support to create a welcoming and attentive experience for staff, visitors, and service providers.<br>• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to arrange services, confirm timelines, and address follow-up items efficiently.<br>• Monitor onsite concerns and work closely with building operations to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.<br>• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including tracking deliveries and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Provide administrative assistance to the broader team by organizing calendars, arranging meetings, and supporting appointment scheduling.<br>• Assist with the planning and execution of meetings, workplace activities, and special events to ensure smooth delivery.<br>• Handle a variety of office coordination tasks independently while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail.<br>• Support general office functions by responding to inquiries, maintaining organized processes, and helping keep operations on schedule.
