Our client is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager to join their growing organization. The Payroll & Benefits Manager will report into senior leadership and be responsible for leading the payroll and benefits function across a multi-site Canadian organization. This position will oversee full-cycle payroll, employee benefits administration, payroll accounting, compliance, and a small payroll team while acting as the organization's subject matter expert for payroll and benefits. The ideal candidate enjoys improving processes, leading people, and working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, compliance, and exceptional employee service are paramount.
