This Long-term Contract position will play a key role in day-to-day HR operations, helping to strengthen employee programs, maintain consistent policies, and support core administrative processes. The successful candidate will contribute across benefits, training, and HR systems while ensuring a high standard of service and accuracy.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage daily human resources administration activities, including employee records, documentation, and ongoing support for HR processes.<br>• Coordinate benefits-related activities and respond to employee questions with accuracy, professionalism, and discretion.<br>• Support onboarding, training coordination, and other employee lifecycle activities to ensure a smooth and consistent experience.<br>• Maintain and update HR information within systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Dayforce, ensuring data integrity and timely processing.<br>• Assist with the application and communication of workplace policies and procedures to promote compliance and consistency.<br>• Partner with internal stakeholders to support recruitment-related administration and applicant tracking activities as needed.<br>• Prepare HR reports, track key employee information, and help monitor routine workforce data for operational decision-making.<br>• Contribute to HR process improvements, including support for system-related changes or workflow updates when required.

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this role is responsible for supporting and executing full-cycle recruitment activities to attract and hire qualified talent.</p><p><br></p><p>The Recruiter works closely with HR team members and hiring managers to coordinate recruitment processes, support timely hiring, and help deliver a consistent candidate experience.
