- <p>Robert Half is partnering with a growing and innovative manufacturing organization to recruit a <strong>Director, Operational Development.</strong> This crucial leadership role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and business transformation initiatives across multiple plant locations and functions across Canada and the US. <strong>Note: this role requires 50% travel in Canada and the US on an ongoing basis.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The successful candidate will work closely with senior Operations and Plant leadership to design and implement scalable processes, improve operational performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
