This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines strong manufacturing operations knowledge with manufacturing finance acumen. This individual will partner closely with senior operations leaders and plant leadership to improve plant performance, reduce manufacturing costs, strengthen KPI visibility and support strategic growth initiatives. The role is highly visible and requires a practical leader who is equally comfortable on the plant floor, in performance reviews and in executive discussions. This working arrangement is 5 days onsite in the Southwestern Ontario location, 3-6 months.
