In this role, you will help create an organized, secure, and welcoming experience for candidates while ensuring testing activities run efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate the daily activities of the test centre to help ensure exams begin on time and candidates have a smooth experience.<br>• Welcome candidates, complete check-in procedures, confirm identification, and apply established testing rules consistently.<br>• Observe exam sessions carefully and respond promptly to procedural questions or minor technical concerns during scheduled assessments.<br>• Prepare, maintain, and inspect testing workstations, equipment, and materials to support reliable day-to-day operations.<br>• Carry out accurate data entry, document handling, scanning, and file organization related to candidate records and testing administration.<br>• Uphold site security standards and follow required compliance procedures to protect the integrity of the testing process.<br>• Communicate clearly with candidates by email and in person, providing guidance and resolving inquiries with a service-focused approach.<br>• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to update records, track information, and support routine administrative reporting as needed.
