Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the integration of newly acquired businesses into the corporate IT environment.</li><li>Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange Online.</li><li>Manage Microsoft Intune, including device management, endpoint security, software deployment, and policy administration.</li><li>Participate in server migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and technology modernization initiatives.</li><li>Administer and support Cisco Meraki network infrastructure.</li><li>Manage endpoint lifecycle activities including provisioning, deployment, refreshes, onboarding, and decommissioning.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve escalated infrastructure, networking, server, cloud, and systems-related issues.</li><li>Support cybersecurity initiatives and ensure adherence to established technology standards.</li><li>Assist with onsite technology deployments, hardware installations, office infrastructure projects, and occasional deskside support.</li><li>Collaborate with internal IT teams across multiple locations to maintain consistent support practices and operational standards.</li><li>Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system configurations.</li><li>Participate in ongoing infrastructure improvement initiatives and project delivery activities.</li></ul>
