- <p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>Our Edmonton-based client is seeking a Network Support Analyst to support a high-demand onsite environment. This role is primarily focused on network troubleshooting and support, with additional responsibility for end-user and workstation support.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Note: </strong>This role will be based in the client’s primary office but will require travel to various building locations within the surrounding area.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Troubleshoot and support network connectivity issues across wired and wireless environments</li><li>Maintain and support network infrastructure including switches, routers, and access points</li><li>Work within Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti environments to diagnose and resolve network-related issues</li><li>Monitor network performance and respond to outages or service disruptions</li><li>Provide escalation-level support for more complex connectivity issues</li><li>Provide day-to-day support for end-user workstations (desktops, laptops, peripherals)</li><li>Manage and resolve tickets via phone, email, and in-person support within a Microsoft 365 environment</li><li>Support M365 applications including Outlook and Teams</li><li>Image, configure, and deploy end-user devices</li><li>Support onboarding/offboarding and general IT support tasks</li></ul><p><br></p>
