Le rôle vise le suivi des budgets, le suivi des indicateurs de performance, l’optimisation des systèmes et superviseur les activités opérationnelles. Nous recherchons une personne proactive, qui aime prendre des initiatives et évoluer dans un environnement dynamique. Baccalauréat en comptabilité/finance et minimum 3 ans d’expérience, avec de bonnes bases en modélisation financière.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Description des tâches:</strong></p><ul><li>Réaliser des analyses financières et opérationnelles approfondies afin de soutenir la prise de décision stratégique et d’améliorer la performance globale.</li><li>Développer, suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance, assurer le suivi budgétaire et proposer des mesures correctives en cas d’écarts.</li><li>Préparer les rapports financiers périodiques et contribuer à l’élaboration des budgets et prévisions financières.</li><li>Superviser les activités opérationnelles en veillant à l’optimisation des ressources, à l’efficacité des processus et à la qualité des livrables.</li><li>Encadrer la gestion des ressources humaines, coordonner des projets transversaux et contribuer à l’amélioration continue des systèmes et outils, incluant l’ERP.</li><li>Gérer les budgets opérationnels, autoriser et contrôler les dépenses afin d’assurer la rentabilité des projets et des contrats.</li></ul>

Vous préparerez les présentations financières pour la direction et les actionnaires, suivrez la performance des unités, participerez au budget annuel et développerez des modèles financiers pour projets spéciaux et acquisitions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Description des tâches:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyser les résultats financiers consolidés et les indicateurs de gestion afin d’expliquer les écarts budgétaires.</li><li>Appuyer l’équipe comptable dans la révision des revenus et travaux en cours liés aux projets.</li><li>Préparer les présentations financières mensuelles et trimestrielles pour la direction, les conseils et actionnaires.</li><li>Produire l’état des résultats par bureau/unité et soutenir le suivi de leur performance.</li><li>Contribuer au suivi budgétaire des services partagés et gérer le processus annuel de budget et projections financières (rolling 3 ans).</li><li>Développer des modèles financiers et outils d’analyse pour projets spéciaux et acquisitions.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>Notre client, situé à Ville Saint-Laurent, recherche un Analyste en rapports financiers et analyses pour se joindre à son équipe. Il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein en mode hybride.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsabilités:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Rapports financiers et analyses</strong></p><ul><li>Maintenir et rapprocher les comptes du grand livre général et des sous-comptes assignés, en assurant l’exactitude et l’intégralité des données financières.</li><li>Préparer et analyser des rapports, des échéanciers et des rapprochements pour valider les résultats financiers.</li><li>Soutenir la production de rapports externes destinés aux organismes gouvernementaux et aux parties prenantes clés.</li><li>Effectuer des analyses de données transactionnelles afin de garantir le traitement comptable approprié.</li></ul><p><strong>Clôture mensuelle et annuelle</strong></p><ul><li>Participer aux processus de clôture mensuelle et annuelle, y compris les écritures de journal et les rapprochements du bilan.</li><li>Préparer les échéanciers et la documentation nécessaires pour assurer une clôture rapide et précise.</li><li>Effectuer de manière autonome les rapprochements de comptes et résoudre les écarts.</li><li>Analyser et expliquer les fluctuations des soldes de comptes.</li></ul><p><strong>Support aux audits</strong></p><ul><li>Fournir la documentation et les échéanciers pour soutenir les audits internes et externes.</li><li>Assurer la conformité aux exigences réglementaires et de reporting.</li></ul><p><strong>Comptabilité technique et conformité</strong></p><ul><li>Agir comme expert dans les domaines comptables assignés.</li><li>Développer et maintenir une expertise technique en US GAAP ou en normes comptables locales.</li><li>Veiller au respect des politiques internes dans les différents domaines comptables.</li></ul><p><strong>Budgétisation et prévisions</strong></p><ul><li>Soutenir les processus de budgétisation et de prévisions en fournissant des données financières précises et ponctuelles.</li><li>Collaborer avec les équipes interfonctionnelles pour recueillir les informations nécessaires et valider les hypothèses.</li></ul><p><strong>Projets spéciaux et leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Diriger des projets spéciaux, des améliorations de processus et des implantations de systèmes selon les besoins.</li><li>Chercher des occasions d’élargir son expertise en explorant de nouveaux domaines comptables.</li><li>Exécuter ses responsabilités de manière autonome avec un minimum de supervision.</li></ul>
