  • <p>Notre client, situé dans l'ouest de l'Île de Montréal, recherche un généraliste sénior en ressources humaines pour se joindre à son équipe. Il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein en présentiel.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsabilités:</strong></p><ul><li>Communiquer et appliquer les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise et en promouvoir une compréhension approfondie au sein du site.</li><li>Gérer le processus de recrutement et d’embauche pour les postes ouverts du site : cycle complet incluant la recherche et la présélection des candidats, la mise à jour des systèmes de recrutement, la rédaction des lettres d’offre et le suivi auprès des candidats.</li><li>Gérer et mettre à jour les descriptions de poste du site, incluant la classification des postes lorsque nécessaire.</li><li>Assurer l’administration des évaluations annuelles de performance et du cycle des augmentations salariales.</li><li>Participer aux procédures disciplinaires et au processus de cessation d’emploi afin de garantir un traitement équitable pour tous les employés.</li><li>Posséder une connaissance approfondie du droit du travail canadien ainsi que des pratiques de gestion du risque.</li><li>Développer et organiser des formations, ateliers et autres activités de développement du personnel.</li><li>Gérer les activités d’accueil et d’intégration des nouveaux employés du site : répondre aux questions et soutenir les gestionnaires dans l’intégration des nouvelles recrues.</li><li>Connaître les programmes d’avantages sociaux et répondre efficacement aux préoccupations liées aux bénéfices.</li><li>Assurer la tenue des dossiers employés (embauche, cessation, changements de statut, etc.).</li><li>Traiter les enjeux de relations de travail et mener des enquêtes au besoin.</li><li>Soutenir le programme de reconnaissance de l’entreprise et gérer localement les initiatives de reconnaissance lorsque requis.</li></ul>
