- <p>In-House Corporate Securities Paralegal - Publicly Listed Mining Company (Vancouver).</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal and regulatory team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Legal Department in all facets of corporate and securities law, regulatory filings, compliance, and contract management in a dynamic, publicly traded environment. A strong background in securities compliance, corporate governance, and commercial contract support is preferred.
