- <p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Senior Project Manager</strong> for a <strong>12-month contract opportunity based in Vancouver, BC. This is a fully onsite role</strong> supporting a large-scale digital transformation and modernization initiative focused on business process improvement, service delivery enhancement, and enterprise platform implementation. This role will be responsible for driving a complex transformation program from the early stages of planning and vendor selection through implementation, adoption, and operational transition. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to modernize existing processes, establish standardized ways of working, and support the implementation of a new enterprise solution utilizing out-of-the-box functionality and industry best practices.</p><p><br></p><p>The current environment includes manual processes, legacy workflows, and operational workarounds that have evolved over time. This initiative represents a significant opportunity to redesign business processes, improve transparency and efficiency, enhance the user experience, and support long-term organizational modernization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>This is not a traditional ERP implementation role. </strong>The ideal candidate will bring deep experience delivering large-scale digital transformation, modernization, and business process redesign initiatives where technology serves as an enabler for broader organizational change. Success in this role will require strong stakeholder engagement, change management, vendor coordination, and the ability to influence outcomes across business and technical teams without direct supervisory responsibility.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale digital transformation and modernization initiative, from planning and procurement through implementation, adoption, and operational transition.</li><li>Partner with business and technology stakeholders to assess current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the design of future-state workflows.</li><li>Drive business process transformation initiatives focused on improving efficiency, standardization, transparency, and service delivery.</li><li>Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance activities to ensure successful project execution.</li><li>Support procurement activities, including vendor evaluations, RFP processes, solution assessments, and contract administration.</li><li>Coordinate and manage relationships with implementation partners, consultants, vendors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making sessions while building alignment across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Prepare project status reports, executive updates, and governance materials, while supporting change management, communication, and organizational readiness efforts to drive successful adoption of new processes and technology.</li></ul>
