Under the guidance and tutelage of the Manager, FP&amp;A, the Financial Analyst will work on and have exposure to both real estate analysis (due diligence for deals, M&amp;A, market analysis, etc.) through to more FP&amp;A work, including, development proformas, budgeting and forecasting, modelling and more.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p>The ideal Financial Analyst will have some hands on experience (a co-op) or have participated in case competitions. Experience is not the key criteria , however.
