<p>Our Client is seeking an experienced Fully Bilingual <strong>IT Operations &amp; Digital Transformation Manager</strong> to lead day-to-day technology operations while driving modernization and transformation initiatives across the organization.</p><p>This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong technical foundation who can also operate confidently with senior executives, vendors, and business stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p>What You&#39;ll Do</p><ul><li>Lead and develop an IT team responsible for technology operations, service delivery and end-user support.</li><li>Oversee infrastructure, cloud services, applications, cybersecurity and IT service management.</li><li>Drive technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.</li><li>Provide strategic and tactical technology advice to senior leadership.</li><li>Manage external technology partners, vendors and managed service providers.</li><li>Establish and improve ITIL, change management, security and operational processes.</li><li>Support cybersecurity initiatives, risk management and technology governance.</li><li>Evaluate and introduce new technologies, including cloud and AI solutions.</li><li>Develop technology roadmaps and contribute to enterprise architecture and long-term planning.</li><li>Build strong relationships across the organization and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The Ideal Candidate</p><p>We&#39;re looking for someone who has <strong>grown through the technical ranks into leadership</strong> — someone who understands how technology works but is equally comfortable discussing strategy, budgets, risk and transformation with senior leadership.</p><p>Experience within <strong>government, public sector, regulated environments or large institutions</strong> is considered an asset.</p>

<p>What We&#39;re Looking For</p><ul><li><strong>5–7+ years of IT leadership/management experience</strong>, ideally combined with a strong technical background.</li><li>Experience leading IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery and/or cybersecurity.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Microsoft cloud technologies and modern enterprise IT environments</strong>.</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading technology modernization or digital transformation initiatives.</li><li>Strong understanding of ITIL, cybersecurity and technology governance.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior executives.</li><li>Highly autonomous, proactive and comfortable working in an environment where you are expected to take ownership.</li><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li><strong>Bilingual English/French</strong>.</li><li><strong>Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p>
