Administrative Coordinator
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day operations for a growing electronics organization in Markham, Ontario. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who brings strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to keep schedules, meetings, and administrative processes running smoothly. The successful candidate will coordinate office activities, assist with financial and travel-related administration, and provide dependable support to internal teams and external contacts.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments while ensuring schedules are accurate and well managed.<br>• Organize virtual and in-person meetings, including preparing materials and supporting sessions conducted through Cisco Webex Meetings.<br>• Provide administrative support for office operations, correspondence, records management, and general coordination tasks.<br>• Assist with expense reporting, travel arrangements, and reimbursement processes using Concur and related systems.<br>• Maintain accurate information in CRM and other administrative platforms to support reporting and follow-up activities.<br>• Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism, delivering timely and effective customer service.<br>• Support promotional or communication-related activities such as banner ad coordination and related administrative tracking.<br>• Work with financial services processes, including administrative documentation and system-based support tasks tied to ADP-related activities.
<p>• Previous experience in an administrative coordination or office support role.</p><p>• Proficiency with scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.</p><p>• Demonstrated customer service skills and a proactive approach to resolving routine administrative issues.</p><p>• High level of accuracy and organization when managing records, expenses, and multiple priorities.</p><p>• Experience supporting financial services-related administration is considered an asset.</p>
