THE ROLE:Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Edmonton team on a full-time, long-term contract engagement. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:We’re seeking outstanding professionals who possess the following skills and qualifications:<ul><li>Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Computing, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered</li><li>5+ years of experience in business analysis, system implementations, system enhancements, or business process improvement</li><li>Strong experience with requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management</li><li>Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or project-based environments</li><li>Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, MS Office, and SharePoint</li><li>Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis</li><li>Experience with SDLC and UAT/testing processes</li><li>CBAP certification is an asset</li></ul>Turn insights into impact and help shape the technology solutions that drive business success.
