HR Manager/Director
<p>Robert Half is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager/Director on behalf of our client. This leadership role is ideal for an HR professional who brings strong operational expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to align people strategies with business goals.</p><p><br></p><p>The selected candidate will oversee core human resources functions, support organizational growth, and help foster a positive and productive workplace culture. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across talent strategy, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and leadership development.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead and manage daily HR operations, policies, and programs</li><li>Partner with senior leadership to support workforce planning and organizational objectives</li><li>Oversee employee relations matters, including coaching, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations</li><li>Manage performance management processes and support leadership with employee development initiatives</li><li>Direct recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts to help meet hiring goals</li><li>Evaluate and improve HR procedures, systems, and reporting capabilities</li><li>Oversee compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs</li><li>Support change management initiatives and organizational development efforts</li><li>Supervise and mentor HR staff, as applicable</li></ul>
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Progressive human resources experience, including leadership responsibility</li><li>Prior experience in an HR Manager, Senior HR Manager, HR Director, or similar role</li><li>Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements</li><li>Experience with employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition</li><li>Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proven success building trusted partnerships across all levels of an organization</li></ul><p>To apply for this HR Manager/Director opportunity, please click the "APPLY" Link located above.
