<p>Our client is seeking a <strong>Manager, Financial Planning &amp; Analysis</strong> to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis. Reporting to the CFO, this role will partner closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes</li><li>Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results</li><li>Oversee management reporting and performance analysis</li><li>Lead the monthly reporting and consolidation process</li><li>Provide insights into key business drivers and financial performance</li><li>Support executive reporting and presentations</li><li>Partner with leaders across the organization to support decision-making</li><li>Manage and develop a small finance team</li><li>Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>CPA designation required</li><li>5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities</li><li>Strong FP&amp;A experience including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis</li><li>Solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles</li><li>Advanced Excel and data analysis skills</li><li>Experience preparing executive-level reporting packages</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and business partnering skills</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p><strong>Key Success Factors</strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on FP&amp;A experience</li><li>Strong leadership and business partnering abilities</li><li>Solid accounting and financial reporting foundation</li></ul><p><br></p>
