HR Manager Robert Half est la recherche d'un Responsable RH (m/f/x). Notre client est une société active dans le secteur métallurgique avec environ 20 employés, 100 ouvriers et 50 contrats intérimaires.Vous serez chargé(e) de superviser les aspects stratégiques et opérationnels des ressources humaines (soft et hard) pour les trois sites de l'entreprise situés à Andenne, Seneffe et Hamme. Vous travaillerez principalement depuis le site d'Andenne, avec une présence hebdomadaire à Seneffe. Le télétravail est autorisé un jour par semaine. Vous serez accompagné(e) dans vos tâches par un collègue à temps partiel ainsi que le département Finance pour certaines activités.Concrètement, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes:Soft RH :<ul><li>Assurer la gestion complète du cycle de recrutement (du sourcing à l'intégration des candidats).</li><li>Coordonner et gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs externes (secrétariat social, AGORIA, agences de recrutement…).</li><li>Créer, actualiser et faire respecter les procédures RH.</li><li>Superviser les processus d'entrées et sorties (contrats, obligations sociales, etc.).</li><li>Élaborer et piloter des plans de carrière pour les collaborateurs.</li><li>Mettre en œuvre des initiatives de fidélisation des salariés.</li><li>Accompagner et coacher les managers dans la gestion humaine de leurs équipes.</li><li>Définir et appliquer la stratégie de formation pour le développement des compétences.</li><li>Organiser et conduire des évaluations continues des collaborateurs.</li><li>Développer des partenariats stratégiques avec les écoles pour attirer de nouveaux talents.</li><li>Planifier et organiser des événements et activités de team building.</li><li>Collaborer avec les équipes de sécurité et gestion de la qualité sur des sujets transversaux.</li><li>Préparer et organiser les élections sociales.</li><li>Superviser la communication RH locale et internationale.</li></ul>Hard RH :<ul><li>Assurer un rôle de SPOC (Single Point of Contact) pour toutes les questions RH.</li><li>Réaliser des reportings RH mensuels et participer aux réunions dédiées.</li><li>Prendre en charge l'ensemble des processus liés à la gestion de la paie avec Partena.</li><li>Piloter la rémunération et la gestion des avantages sociaux pour les collaborateurs.</li></ul>Profil recherché :<ul><li>Formation académique : Diplôme universitaire avec minimum 7 ans d'expérience en gestion RH</li><li>Compétences techniques : Maitrise des outils informatiques (un atout appréciable)</li><li>Compétences comportementales : Rigueur, autonomie et motivation sont indispensables</li><li>Langues : Français courant, excellente maîtrise de l'anglais ; le néerlandais est un plus, tout comme d'autres langues supplémentaires</li><li>Expérience sectorielle : Une expérience dans le secteur industriel est fortement souhaitée</li></ul>Nous vous proposons un contrat CDI accompagné d'un package complet.Intéressé par cette offre?
