Senior/Chief Accountant Voor een groeiend productiebedrijf in de regio Lochristi zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Senior / Chief Accountant.Dit bedrijf staat bekend om zijn innovatieve aanpak en kwalitatieve producten. Om de financiële afdeling verder te versterken, zoeken we een gedreven professional die de boekhouding en rapportering naar een hoger niveau tilt en een beperkt team kan/wil aansturen.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:<ul><li>Aansturen, ondersteunen en uitbouwen van de dienst Finance (A/R afdeling, A/P afdeling, met focus op GL-afdeling...);</li><li>Verantwoordelijk voor de maand- en kwartaalafsluitingen en de jaarrekening van enkele entiteiten;</li><li>Coördineren en uitvoeren van btw-aangiftes, vennootschapsbelasting en andere fiscale verplichtingen, in samenwerking met externe audit en het externe boekhoudkantoor;</li><li>Boeken van lonen, verwerken van afschrijvingen en andere boekhoudkundige verrichtingen;</li><li>Fungeren als teamlead voor de GL accountants en ondersteuning bieden bij complexe vraagstukken.</li><li>Analyseren en verbeteren van financiële processen en systemen;</li><li>Opvolgen van interne en externe audits en zorgen voor naleving van regelgeving;</li><li>Opmaken van financiële rapporteringen en inzichten bieden aan het management;</li><li>Coördineren van ad-hoc projecten binnen de boekhouding;</li><li>Je rapporteert aan de Accounting Manager.</li></ul>Jouw profiel:<ul><li>Master- of bachelordiploma in accountancy, financiën of een gelijkaardige richting;</li><li>Minstens 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accounting, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving;</li><li>Ervaring met people management en het aansturen van een accountingteam is een grote plus;</li><li>Grondige kennis van boekhoudsoftware (Business Central = plus) en ERP-systemen;</li><li>Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail;</li><li>Proactieve en hands-on mentaliteit met focus op continue verbetering;</li><li>Kennis van Belgische boekhoudwetgeving en fiscale regelgeving;</li><li>Goede kennis van het Engels en matige kennis van het Frans;</li><li>Communicatief sterk en in staat om financiële informatie helder te vertalen naar de business.</li></ul>Ons aanbod:<ul><li>Een uitdagende functie met verantwoordelijkheid binnen een dynamische en groeiende onderneming;</li><li>Mogelijkheden voor verdere professionele ontwikkeling en opleiding;</li><li>Een aantrekkelijk salarispakket met extralegale voordelen zoals wagen, tankkaart, verzekeringen maaltijdcheques etc.;</li><li>Een aangename werkomgeving waar initiatief en innovatie worden gewaardeerd.</li></ul> Ben jij klaar voor de volgende stap in jouw carrière?
