In this role you will report to the Patient Services & Engagement Manager assisting them with all daily tasks in clinic. </p><p> </p><p>Day to day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Meeting and greeting all clinic patients offering outstanding customer service.</li><li>To provide administrative planning, coordination, and support to the greater team across 4 locations in the East of Melbourne.</li><li>To assist in the delivery of exceptional administrative services to patients, referring practitioners, Doctors and clinical staff.</li><li>To ensure the smooth running of consulting sessions, accurate and timely bookings and a high standard of communication (both written and verbal) between patients, referring practitioners and all team members.</li></ul><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p>You are a positive and energetic self-starter with an unwavering passion for fostering a positive working environment.
