As they enter a key delivery phase, they are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in ensuring the successful execution of multiple commercial solar installations.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p>Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in coordinating the day-to-day activities across <strong>8-10 concurrent solar and battery installation projects</strong><strong>. </strong>This is a <strong>delivery-focused role</strong><strong>,</strong> <strong>ideal for someone with a </strong><strong>construction or infrastructure project coordination background</strong> who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</p><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li>Support the Project Manager with the delivery of multiple large-scale commercial solar projects</li><li>Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, and delivery schedules across multiple sites</li><li>Assist with ordering materials and inputting data into stock and procurement systems</li><li>Track and manage project timelines, milestones, and documentation</li><li>Drive accountability with contractors and internal teams to ensure key deadlines are met</li><li>Provide general project support including reporting, administration, and coordination between site and office</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in <strong>construction, civil, or infrastructure project coordination</strong> (solar, energy, commercial building, or transport projects ideal)</li><li>Strong understanding of project delivery phases, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office and general project documentation tools</li><li>Confident liaising with multiple stakeholders - suppliers, site teams, and management</li><li>Available to commence <strong>immediately</strong> and commit for the duration of the 3-4 month contract</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today</span></strong></p><p>Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
