We are offering a long-term remote contract employment opportunity for a Remote Product Specialist 1, to join our team. The role primarily revolves around providing entry level technical support.
Responsibilities:
The remote product support specialist will be responsible sign-in verification by locating Customer Account in the CSS (Customer Service System) using phone number or username. Verifying usernames to help customer get logged in. Help customers with sign-in hel by showing customers how to recover their password using their phone numbers and email addresses. Help customers use the Account Recovery system when their information can’t be verified.
Also, basic computer troubleshooting by helping customers clear cache or when to try a different browser;
In addition, you will help customers create an account or add another user to their account. Help the customer import tax returns from previous years. Help the customer with printing – how and where to print, saving files as PDFs.
• Must have experience in Call Center Customer Service
• Proficiency in using various Internet Browsers and Multi-browsers is necessary
• Ability to troubleshoot Connectivity Problems and perform Basic technical Troubleshooting
• Knowledge of printing Troubleshooting is essential
• Must be capable of handling password resets and account recovery
• Familiarity with different Connectivity tools and solutions
• Comfortable working in a remote or virtual setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
• Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary
• Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment.
