Talent Sourcer Job Description

Works with HR recruitment team to strengthen pipeline of viable candidates for job vacancies. Regularly meets with hiring managers to understand talent requirements. Develops and implements talent acquisition strategies. Uses range of social, industry and professional networks, internal referrals and events to find, attract and identify potential talent. Reviews and screens candidate resumes; uses recruitment metrics to track success. In some companies, position may also interview, hire and onboard candidates. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and networking skills are required. Working knowledge/experience with HR tracking and recruiting software is essential. Previous HR or recruiting experience may be required.
