These professionals lead compliance initiatives, coordinate control testing activities and support efforts to address audit findings and control deficiencies. As regulatory priorities shift, SOX managers play a critical role in supporting compliance, risk management and financial reporting integrity. SOX managers work closely with accounting, finance, internal audit, compliance and operational leaders to evaluate control environments and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
