This position plays a key role in delivering efficient property operations and exceptional customer service.

Assist with lease administration, including preparing documents and tracking renewals.Coordinate maintenance requests and schedule service with vendors.Maintain accurate property records, including tenant information and compliance documentation.Respond to tenant inquiries and provide timely updates on property-related issues.Support property managers with budgeting, reporting and expense tracking.Organize inspections and ensure follow-up on required repairs or improvements.Prepare correspondence, notices and other property-related communications.Monitor vendor performance and maintain service agreements.
