Performance Analyst Job Description

A performance analyst should have at least two years of experience working in the financial services industry and a bachelor’s degree in finance or business. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a general understanding of investment accounting or trade operations is preferred. Firms look for strong communicators who are detail-oriented and organized.
