Paralegals play a critical role in supporting legal teams by conducting research, drafting documents and managing case files. Working in law firms, corporate legal departments and government agencies, paralegals help ensure legal processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
