Typical Legal Administrative Assistant duties

Draft, proofread and format legal documents, correspondence and reports.Maintain and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Schedule appointments, hearings and depositions for attorneys and clients.Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements for legal staff.Communicate with clients, courts and external parties in a professional manner.Prepare and process billing statements and expense reports.Assist with filing, scanning and electronic document management.Support attorneys with research and administrative tasks as needed.
