You will be required to provide technical support to a level 1.5 - 2 abilities. This will involve support of Windows, the MS Stack, Active Directory, O365 and other common desktop applications.</p><p>This position is vital in supporting the busy environment, as IT is integral to making the businesses wheels turn! Being able to stay calm and quickly support or escalate the technical issue will be key to your success in this role. Being on a service desk, this is a team-based environment where you will work together to share your knowledge and support one another alongside the wider business.
