IT Service Engineer

In your role, you'll triage and manage service tickets while maintaining high levels of end-user satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is a dynamic position that allows you to contribute to improvements and roll out impactful solutions.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Respond to and resolve tickets raised through Freshservice (or similar ticketing systems).</li><li>Provide first-contact resolution whenever possible and classify requests accurately for trend analysis.</li><li>Assist end-users with operating systems, Microsoft Office products, hardware, printing, phones, and networks.</li><li>Maintain courteous, calm, and clear communication while keeping stakeholders updated on ticket status.</li><li>Work as a single point of contact for users, coordinating with service providers and other parties to resolve technical issues.</li><li>Write and update documentation for troubleshooting and frequently asked questions (FAQs) to empower self-service.</li><li>Engage with hardware/software installs and ensure adherence to IT security standards.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives by staying updated on new tools and processes.</li><li>Proactively promote health, safety, and compliance in the workplace.</li></ul><p><strong>Your profile:</strong> <br />You'll thrive in this role if you're a problem-solver with a passion for technology and helping others.
