- <h2 id="key-responsibilities">Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Manage daily warehouse operations under the direction of the DC Manager and team leaders, working closely with the 3PL provider.</li><li>Adjust work priorities and allocate manpower based on daily operational progress to ensure on-time customer order fulfillment.</li><li>Plan and implement continuous improvement actions to increase warehouse productivity.</li><li>Work with supply chain planning and customer service teams to improve service levels for both internal and external customers.</li></ul><h2 id="job-duties">Job Duties</h2><ul><li>Monitor daily warehouse work progress and ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Coordinate with the 3PL provider on work priorities when needed to meet customer delivery deadlines.</li><li>Track and visualize performance in productivity, quality, and customer service, and create improvement actions.</li><li>Review and improve work processes and procedures to support smoother operations.</li><li>Identify operational issues related to carrier coordination and promote improvements for better delivery performance.</li><li>Take necessary actions based on audit requirements to strengthen operational processes.</li><li>Prepare reports and handle data aggregation and analysis using Excel.</li><li>Support warehouse operations directly with 3PL members during peak periods or emergency situations when necessary.</li><li>Build strong relationships with internal teams, outsourced partners, and carriers to strengthen collaboration.</li><li>Share responsibilities and work closely with team members to maintain a smooth workplace.</li></ul><h2 id="qualifications--experience">Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Experience in supervisory work such as operational planning, coordination with related departments, and giving work instructions to the site.</li><li>Experience in warehouse operations or service delivery at a 3PL company.</li><li>User experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.</li><li>Knowledge or experience in Lean Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and quality control methods.</li><li>Experience leading productivity improvements and improving work quality on site.</li><li>Experience as a team leader or supervisor is preferred.</li></ul><h2 id="skills">Skills</h2><ul><li>Strong logical thinking skills.</li><li>PC skills including Excel (functions), Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Ability to read and write in English is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of Activity Based Costing is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of import/export operations is a plus.</li><li></li></ul><p><strong>Location </strong></p><p>Tokyo</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Salary</strong></p><p>10 million yen</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Reference Number: 67040-0013470967</p><p> </p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you are deemed to have agreed to Robert Half Japan Privacy Notice (</em><a href="https://www.roberthalf.com/jp/en/privacy"><em>https://www.roberthalf.com/jp/en/privacy</em></a><em>).
