<p>アメリカに本社を置く、グローバルでNo2のシェアを持つ大手メーカー。Sales demandを見ながらSupply demandを計画し、海外工場からSupplyを確保する業務になります。<br />同社製品は、海外の自社工場から空輸にて製品を輸入、全国の販売代理店へ提供をされています。<br />顧客からのオーダーに対しMeetするように、製品供給をすることがミッションとなりますので、供給計画の立案のみではなく、海外からの製品供給にも関わって頂くことになります。<br /><br />* Lead and execute end-to-end product supply day to day operations from sourcing through customer order<br />fulfilment for on-time delivery.<br />* Drive supply stability by strong relationship with key stakeholders and improve the customer service KPI.<br />* Follow S&amp;OP process and conduct strategic inventory planning with Global Supply Chain, Finance to achieve<br />company's objective.<br />* Logically understand sales forecasts, identify opportunities and risks of inventory, and act for better planning.<br />* Optimizing cash and cost by fully using their best-in-class expertise on operational efficiencies improvement.<br />* Conduct continuous improvement methodologies in SCM with systemic process.
