  • <p><strong>Company Profile:</strong><br />A global advanced materials manufacturer with a Tokyo sales office and manufacturing plants across Japan.<br /><br /><strong>The Role:</strong><br />- Oversee full-cycle AR/AP, cash management, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting<br />- Manage tax payments, intercompany transactions, expenses (SAP/Concur), and fixed assets<br />- Perform monthly reconciliations and support month-/year-end close (accruals, payroll, key accounts)<br />- Support audits and tax filings, drive process improvements, and supervise junior staff<br /><br /><strong>Your Skills:</strong><br />- 5+ years of Accounting (J-GAAP) experience<br />- Fluent Japanese and conversational English<br />- Experience using SAP<br />- Experience working 3 or more years within an organization, stable career background<br /><br /><strong>Key Highlights of the Role:</strong><br />- More exposure with the Global team as their Asia business is centered in Japan<br />- Be apart of a new team with a good team culture.
