This individual will be responsible for independently reviewing, validating, and enhancing a complex underwriting model. The engagement is expected to last 3 to 6 months, depending on the outcome of the initial analysis, and offers flexibility in work schedule, including part-time availability. ROLE OVERVIEW The consultant will review a large, complex Excel-based underwriting model used for cash flow forecasting and investment decision support. The initial objective is to assess the model's structure and logic, stress-test its functionality, validate the accuracy of its outputs, and recommend the best approach for developing a cleaner, more efficient, and user-friendly solution.
