The Role Goal of the role<ul><li>This is a key role within their IT organization, responsible for leading the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions while working closely with the Finance business teams.</li></ul> Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Work with Finance business users to translate requirements into SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions across FI and CO</li><li>Lead SAP Finance implementation projects from requirement definition through go-live and continuous improvement</li><li>Own SAP FI areas: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, bank accounting, financial closing, tax, and statutory reporting</li><li>Own SAP CO areas: Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Profit Center Accounting, allocations, settlements, and planning</li><li>Define overall SAP Finance solution architecture, including integration with procurement, sales, logistics, treasury, and tax systems</li><li>Drive upgrades, application lifecycle management, and S/4HANA capability adoption</li><li>Guide vendors and implementation partners on solution quality and maintainability</li><li>Support UAT, deployment, user training, and production support</li><li>Requirements</li></ul> Your Skills <ul><li>5+ years of hands-on experience implementing, enhancing, and supporting SAP Finance solutions (both FI and CO)</li><li>Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC Finance modules, including hands-on configuration</li><li>Experience with SAP architecture, system integration, lifecycle management, and cross-functional process integration (procurement, sales, logistics, treasury, tax, reporting)</li></ul> Education / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>SAP FI and/or CO certifications preferred</li></ul> Language<ul><li>Japanese: Business level</li><li>English: Business level</li></ul> Core Competencies<ul><li>Strong solution architecture and technical design skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis across integrated finance processes</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, controlled, maintainable technical solutions</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication skills</li></ul> Key Highlights of the Role Flexible remote work available, with occasional in-office attendance depending on business needs.
