Right now, there are several major system upgrade and implementation projects planned.<br />* You'll be managing 3-4 direct employees and a wider team of 20.<br /><br /><strong>Your skills | 応募資格</strong><br />* High business Japanese and English are mandatory.<br />* Prior direct team leadership experience (leading as a PM only will not suffice).<br />* Knowledge of leading supply chain IT systems e.g. ERP (SAP EWM, SD, MM) or WMS / TMS.<br />* You will have autonomy in this role - perfect if you like to build things and not have a micromanager watching you.
