<p><strong>Company Profile</strong></p><p>A rapidly growing IT Consulting firm who is focusing on CRM and ERP Implementation service.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>Design and configure solutions using the platform's point-and-click configuration tools to meet business process and application requirements.</li><li>Lead the assessment of business requirements, collection and identification of technical specifications, and the subsequent development of technology solutions.</li><li>Interface with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into configurable software components.</li><li>Develop prototypes using configuration tools and demonstrate these to stakeholders to validate solution approach.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the configuration supports the desired business processes.</li><li>Provide expertise in the platform's configuration capabilities during the solution design and implementation phases.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Your Skills </strong></p><ul><li>Salesforce Core Solution Architect (Hands-on)</li><li>Must-have Salesforce Core end-to-end: proven delivery on Commerce Cloud</li><li>Mature org transformations: experience refactoring and standardizing existing orgs, reducing tech debt without disrupting business operations.</li><li>Architecture & governance ownership: defines architecture patterns and guardrails (Apex/Flow/LWC) owns coding standards and review process enforces release readiness across dev → UAT → prod</li><li>Hands-on capability: can actively build and unblock delivery (Apex + Flow, plus practical LWC knowledge), not only produce design documents.</li><li>Integrations at scale: API design/consumption, OAuth, Named Credentials, async patterns, idempotency + error handling; hands-on with middlewares - eg.MuleSoft.</li><li>Strong security model: sharing, permissions, FLS, least privilege; can design enterprise-grade access and data protection.</li><li>Nice-to-have Experience Cloud and/or Field Service (practical familiarity).</li><li>Shield / audit & monitoring awareness (Event Monitoring, audit trails, logging mindset).</li><li>DevOps / release management: Git + CI/CD and working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps Center;</li><li>Fluency in English</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key Highlights of the Role </strong></p><ul><li>Japan sponsorship.
