<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Company</strong></span><br />We are seeking a senior Financial BA lead for one of our large scale insurance clients.</p><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><ul><li>Strategic Leadership: Drive planning initiatives, oversee P&L management, and lead monthly performance reviews with senior leadership.</li><li>Financial Planning & Analysis: Assess business results, develop forecasts and budgets, identify opportunities and risks, and recommend targeted action plans.</li><li>Performance Management: Monitor sales performance, design and administer incentive programs, and ensure accurate calculation of compensation elements.</li><li>Data & Reporting: Produce clear, recurring reports highlighting business trends and performance drivers; build dashboards, KPIs, and datasets to strengthen data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Collaboration & Governance: Partner with Finance to achieve KPIs, optimize revenue streams, control costs, and ensure robust governance frameworks around sales metrics and risk evaluations.</li><li>Executive Communication: Deliver persuasive presentations, strategic updates, and comprehensive P&L summaries tailored for executive audiences.</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.</li><li>10+ years of experience in financial planning, business analysis, or performance management.</li><li>Strong understanding of business models, distribution channels, and market dynamics.</li><li>Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights with sound business judgment.</li><li>Skilled in executive-level storytelling and cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Results-driven, able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.</li><li>Fluent in English, with advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA), PowerPoint, and Access.</li><li>Mandatory expertise in SQL, Python, Power BI (or similar visualization tools), and modern analytics platforms.</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Apply Today </strong></span><br />To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
