<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>A leading and renowned Investment Company is looking for multiple Business Analysts to join their middle-to-back-office transformation team to work on a list of process change and digital transformation initiatives.</p><p> We are looking for Business Analyst talents coming from either IT or Operation background with knowledge in Derivatives products, simple SQL skills, process and change exposure to join the team.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to cultivate a positive work environment and manage internal and external relationships.<br /> * Manage IT projects with a strong analytical and problem-solving approach, leveraging solid hands-on experience.<br /> * Execute data management and analytics tasks with a detail-oriented method, including data modelling and proficient SQL.<br /> * Utilize available datasets covering client, instrument, trading, valuation, and margin information.<br /> * Apply broad knowledge across multiple asset classes, with specific focus on TRS, options, global futures, FX, equities, and repo.<br /> * Understand operational processes for derivatives products and services, including collateral management, HKTR, and static data management.<br /> * Maintain familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., HKMA &amp; SFC) and market practices.<br /> * Support the full trade lifecycle-trade capture, booking, position keeping, reconciliation, and P&amp;L calculation.<br /> * Collaborate with teams to design and implement system solutions, ensuring successful delivery.<br /> * Monitor testing progress to confirm deliverables meet user requirements.<br /> * Communicate clearly with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to maintain alignment and resolve issues promptly.<br /> * Maintain thorough, traceable project documentation: business requirements, test plans, issue logs, and implementation strategies.<br /> * Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements to fully understand business needs and identify improvement opportunities.<br /> * Identify key issues and risks across the project cycle.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information System, Applied Math or other related fields</li><li>3 years of above of experience in support post-trade processing system and business</li><li>Business knowledge in Derivatives products</li><li>Technical skills in SQL</li><li>Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
