<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Company</strong></span><br />We are seeking a IT Project Management Officer to join one of our insurance clients to ensure IT project delivery.</p><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><ul><li>Assist in optimizing IT project portfolio management process</li><li>Execute appropriate governance and controls including project portfolio reporting / periodic review of projects</li><li>Keep updated in new market practices/methodology, bring in the valuable technologies and smooth the adaption, e.g. via trainings and workshops</li><li>Communicate the values and success stories for the change to stakeholders of different levels</li><li>Maintain knowledge base for process and governance</li><li>Ensure delivery of all projects are in accordance with the Company's requirements and corporate objectives and adhere to scope, schedule and budgets, all within the PMO framework</li><li>Coordinate with application teams to execute resource planning and monitoring</li><li>Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by managers to meet business objectives</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related disciplines</li><li>At least 2 years of IT PMO working experience in Insurance or Banking industry</li><li>Experience in project management and process improvement</li><li>Experience in resource management and analysis</li><li>Excellent communication and influencing skill, able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders</li><li>Self-motivated and effective working with minimal supervision</li><li>Ability to think laterally and innovatively and find creative solutions</li><li>Matured and a good team player</li><li>Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL v3 foundation or COBIT qualified preferred</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Apply Today </strong></span><br />To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
