Whether it’s running a solo marathon by an employee to raise money for a chosen charity, a team cycling London to Brighton, or a field office offering mock interviews and mentoring advice to help people into or return to work – Robert Half is a company that actively gives back to its community.
Support for our community
For many years, employees at Robert Half have supported numerous charities across the UK and around the world, through both individual efforts and team activities.
To demonstrate how integral community service is to Robert Half, we offer every employee opportunities throughout the year to volunteer for personal or our charity partner initiatives.
Partnership engagement
We have a passionate team here at Robert Half, and when we decide to do something, we commit wholeheartedly. We are proud to have worked with Make-A-Wish UK, since 2021, as part of a global fundraising campaign.
Make-A-Wish® grants life-changing wishes to children with critical illnesses. Our offices will continue to support through local fundraising initiatives, and we look forward to the great things we can achieve together.

Volunteering initiatives
To join Robert Half means to join our efforts of being an ethical corporate citizen. Here are some of the recent activities that our staff have contributed towards:
Southampton City Mission
As a team, we cleared out a whole warehouse of donated food, sorted them into categories in preparation for distribution. Last year this initiative fed 9,500 people, which averages out to approximately 200 people each week.
Surrey Food Bank
As temporary support can be needed for the community without much notice, the team supported the initiative to ensure that no-one goes hungry by packing and donating tinned food.
Hestia
In support of International Women’s Day, the team in London donated health and feminine hygiene products to the local women’s refuge.
Birmingham Charity Wednesdays
Robert Half Birmingham swap their Christmas party for volunteer work on 'Charity Wednesdays'. An initiative to help support our local community during the festive season.
