Whether it's a solo marathon to raise money for a chosen charity, a team activity, offering mentoring advice to help people find work. At Robert Half, you will have the opportunity to get involved with causes that mean something to you.
Global fundraising partnership
Our people at Robert Half are passionate, and when we decide to do something, we commit wholeheartedly. We are proud to have worked with Make-A-Wish® since 2021, as part of a global fundraising campaign.
Make-A-Wish® grants life-changing wishes to children with critical illnesses. Our offices will continue to support through local fundraising initiatives, and we look forward to the great things we can achieve together. Learn more about our charity partnership.

Volunteering initiatives
Joining Robert Half means being part of a shared commitment to ethical and responsible business. Here are some of the recent activities our people have supported:
Southampton City Mission
As a team, we cleared out a whole warehouse of donated food, sorted them into categories in preparation for distribution. Last year this initiative fed 9,500 people, which averages out to approximately 200 people each week.
Surrey Food Bank
As temporary support can be needed for the community without much notice, the team supported the initiative to ensure that no-one goes hungry by packing and donating tinned food.
Hestia
In support of International Women’s Day, the team in London donated health and feminine hygiene products to the local women’s refuge.
Birmingham Charity Wednesdays
Robert Half Birmingham swap their Christmas party for volunteer work on 'Charity Wednesdays'. An initiative to help support our local community during the festive season.
