They are looking to appoint a qualified Financial Controller to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, working closely with the leadership team to drive financial performance, improve reporting and support commercial decision-making. The roleReporting to the Finance Director, you will run the month-end process, lead a small finance team and make sure the business has accurate, timely information on profitability, stock and cash. There is a genuine opportunity to tighten processes and improve the quality of reporting rather than simply maintaining what is already there.
