Working closely with senior finance leadership, you'll gain excellent exposure across the business while playing a key role in financial reporting, budgeting and strategic projects.</p><h3>The Role</h3><ul><li><p>Own monthly management reporting, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.</p></li><li><p>Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts and variance analysis.</p></li><li><p>Manage inter company accounting, reconciliations and recharge processes across the group.</p></li><li><p>Support statutory audits, cash flow reporting and continuous process improvements.</p></li><li><p>Partner with finance teams across multiple international entities.</p></li><li><p>Deliver insightful analysis to support senior leadership decision-making.</p></li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li><p>ACA qualified (or equivalent), ideally trained within practice before moving into industry.
