/ user errors whilst coordinating with the outsourced provider on larger issues.</p><p><br /> This role would be based at their Bracknell HQ, with the opportunity to work remotely up to 4 days per week.</p><p><br /> <strong>Duties:</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Business systems support and AMS coordination</p><ul><li>Own the day-to-day coordination of the ERP support mailbox, ensuring requests are acknowledged, assessed, prioritised and tracked through to closure.</li><li>Classify reported items as suspected system defects, configuration or change requests, master-data issues, access or security requests, process or training issues, or reporting and integration matters.</li><li>Maintain a controlled support and change backlog, coordinate
