As the business continues to grow through innovation and expansion, you'll play a key role in supporting month-end reporting, improving financial processes and contributing to finance transformation projects.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant looking to develop within a dynamic, high-growth environment that offers genuine career progression and exposure to international finance.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul data-spread="false"><li>Take ownership of the month-end close for a portfolio of overseas entities, including journals, accruals, prepayments and fixed assets.</li><li>Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations.</li><li>Assist with the production of consolidated management accounts and statutory reporting.</li><li>Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare VAT returns and support indirect tax compliance.</li><li>Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors.</li><li>Assist with finance transformation projects, systems improvements and process automation.</li><li>Produce financial analysis and support ad hoc reporting requirements.</li></ul><h2>About You</h2><ul data-spread="false"><li>Part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.</li><li>Experience within a finance team or an accountancy practice looking to make a first move into industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of month-end processes and financial reporting.</li><li>Excellent Excel skills and strong systems aptitude.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite experience advantageous but not essential).</li><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.</li><li>A proactive mindset with an interest in process improvement and technology.</li></ul><h2>What's on Offer?</h2><ul data-spread="false"><li>Salary of approximately £40,000</li><li>Study support</li><li>Hybrid working (1 day per week in the office)</li><li>Excellent career progression within a growing international business</li><li>Exposure to Group Finance and overseas entities</li><li>Supportive, collaborative finance team</li><li>Opportunity to be involved in finance transformation and systems improvement projects</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
