Working closely with the Financial Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting audits and driving continuous improvement across the finance function.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p><strong>Key responsibilities will include:</strong></p><ul><li>Preparation of monthly management accounts</li><li>Supporting the delivery of group reporting packs</li><li>Assisting with year-end statutory accounts and external audits</li><li>Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end controls</li><li>Revenue analysis and reporting</li><li>Fixed asset accounting and maintenance of asset registers</li><li>VAT, CIS and other regulatory compliance reporting</li><li>Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes</li><li>Preparation of customer billing schedules</li><li>ESG and non-financial reporting requirements</li><li>Identifying opportunities to improve financial controls, processes and reporting</li><li>Providing meaningful financial insight to operational stakeholders across the business</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p><strong>We're looking to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:</strong></p><ul><li>ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification</li><li>Strong financial accounting and reporting experience</li><li>Experience supporting statutory audits</li><li>Excellent Excel and financial systems skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels</li><li>A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>This role offers the chance to join a collaborative and fast-paced business where finance plays a key role in supporting growth and operational performance.
