Our client adopts a hybrid working model, requiring you on site in a central Bath office 3 days per week.</p><p>As Senior FP&A Analyst, you will support financial planning and analysis across a fast-growing retail group. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will lead budgeting, forecasting and deliver insights to guide commercial decisions.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities of the Senior FP&A Analyst will include but not be limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with regional leaders to provide accurate reporting and analysis.</li><li>Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards using FP&A software and tools such as ERP systems, Excel and SQL.</li><li>Assist in preparing executive level financial reports and strategic analysis.</li><li>Deliver insights that impact profitability and support business growth.</li></ul><p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p><ul><li>Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with proven experience, in either industry or practice.</li><li>Proficient in systems and Excel, with the ability learn and pick up new systems quickly.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to business partner at all levels.</li><li>Experience of accounting in an international company is highly beneficial.</li></ul><p>In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of £55k, plus 10% bonus and a wide range of employee benefits. </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
