  • <p>Robert Half are recruiting a Finance Administrator for a Fixed Term Contract in Swindon for 6 months.</p><p>Office based 5 days per week</p><p>6-Month Fixed-Term Contract</p><p>We are working with a business who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Finance Administrator to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.</p><p>This is a varied, office-based role combining general administration responsibilities with HR and finance support duties.</p><p>We are looking for someone who is immediately available and able to start as soon as possible.</p><p>Key Responsibilities.</p><p>* Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.</p><p>* Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence.</p><p>* Maintain accurate records, filing systems and company documentation.</p><p>* Order office supplies and liaise with external suppliers and service providers.</p><p>* Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting rooms and assist with diary management.</p><p>* Support internal teams with general administrative tasks and projects. HR Administration</p><p>* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.</p><p>* Prepare employment-related documentation, including contracts and offer letters.</p><p>* Maintain employee records and ensure data is kept up to date.</p><p>* Support recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and communicating with candidates.</p><p>* Assist with absence tracking and HR reporting.</p><p>* Provide general administrative support to the HR function.</p><p>Finance Administration</p><p>* Process purchase invoices and maintain accurate financial records.</p><p>* Assist with raising sales invoices and monitoring payments.</p><p>* Support expense processing and reconciliation.</p><p>* Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice queries.</p><p>* Assist with month-end administrative tasks and reporting.</p><p>* Maintain finance spreadsheets and documentation.</p><p>About You</p><p>The successful candidate will:</p><p>* Have previous experience in an administrative role, ideally with exposure to HR and finance administration.</p><p>* Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.</p><p>* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>* Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.</p><p>* Be able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.</p><p>* Have a professional and proactive approach to work.</p><p>* Be immediately available or available at short notice.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
